Straightforward to get same day appt as symptoms were urgent. Lovely and helpful vet. Nice to have separate cat waiting area - though my cat was far noisier than dogs who were there!!

Last year, we had a health check-up for my cat and I pointed out to the vet that his gums were red. The doctor (whose name I don't remember) examined him and said his teeth and gums were perfectly fine. Last week, I noticed my cat's teeth were wobbling, and now he needs surgery to remove two of them. Never ignore red gums in a cat; it’s a serious issue. Healthy gums should be pink. The staff here seem unqualified and could pose a danger to your pet. My cat is only 3.5 years old and far too young to be having these problems.

Worst vets ever. These people love to lie and say that their busy but whenever i past the place it’s empty and their attitude over the phone stinks. do better

My cat was suffering from a hernia which is quite serious. He needed surgery immediately. This vet quoted me £3000. £1000 for xrays and £2000 for the surgery. I then took my cat to pets at home and used their veterinary service the entire operation cost £700. The vet didn't even need to do an xray as the problem was so obvious. He will be going into surgery first thing in the morning. Avoid if you value your money. A final point that comes to mind how can I trust a veterinary service with my beloved pet if they are charging over four times another practice? If my cat does not undergo this surgery he will die! And yet they charge 4 times the amount knowing full well that its extortionate. I was fortunate enough to find a cheaper alternative otherwise as most people I would really struggle to pay £3000.

My cat was do the castration today. This is the incredible experience for my cat and me. The staff members were amazing helpful and they explained very clearly for the instruction that how I should take care of my cat. I felt very grateful and comfortable with this vet.

Amazing staff and vets, was so lovely to my dog ! And welcoming 🙏🏽 they always go the extra mile with my big baby and give him so much love and always make sure he is happy and comfortable! He is also recovering so fast after castration the incision is so neat and healing so well. They did an amazing job, definitely recommend and I personally think this is the best vets I have ever been to. ❤️
