I very recently lost my beloved Roxy, our Frenchie rescue dog. It was unexpected and has left us shell shocked and devastated. Today, we collected her ashes from the vet. I have 3 Frenchie’s, all have seen Andy Buchan (our vet) for varying reasons but most regularly in the last three years of us having Roxy. She had complicated allergies and required specialist complex BOAS surgery. The care she received from Andy was exemplary. His advice was always followed and as a result, Roxy was given the best care with her best interests at the forefront, always. We will never be able to thank Andy enough for what he did for Roxy and support he gave us. We wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else. Huge, grateful thanks to Amie and her lovely colleague, who were with us on Roxy’s final journey and their compassion and heartfelt support given us throughout. Our sincerest thank you.

Very happy with my recent visit to Medivet Wool. The team are friendly and accommodating and the vet provided a thorough examination and was attentive and caring towards my dog. Will certainly return here going forward.

Andy was really amazing with my extremely anxious rescue girl. He is so kind, empathetic, gentle and kind. He ensured that my girl was as prepared as possible with pre-appointment sedation and then assessed her anxiety and tailored the visit to cause her the least stress possible. He couldn’t have done better for her. Thank you Andy.

Lovely staff and very welcoming. It is obvious that they care a great deal for your pets wellbeing. I am pleased I registered my pets with them after lots of recommendations.
