The vet Dimitrios was friendly and professional, listening to our concerns and quickly diagnosing and treating our cat for a breathing problem. On the follow-up appointment he explained very clearly the next steps, should the condition recur. He was very gentle when handling our cat and fed him some Dreamies at the end of each consultation! After the second consultation the reception staff dealt very efficiently with both taking payment and, on the same day, emailing an invoice to allow me to reclaim the cost through my insurer.
