Staff where great, made me feel comfortable as I started off a little anxious and it helped that the vet explained everything clearly and with honesty in the consult and truly cared for my cat which I appreciate with great advise and answered all of my questions. The receptionist was also lovely and friendly too. Highly recommended thank you

The staff and vets are friendly and helpful. It would be great to have the following in the waiting area:
Toys for pets
A display screen system for calling the next patient
Soft ambient music (ideally with frequencies designed for dogs or cats)
Natural, non-toxic plants to make the space more welcoming
A pet photo corner – clients really appreciate this
Warm, gentle lighting to help reduce anxiety. :)

I asked to see Maria as she knows my pet well. Maria is so gentle and understanding and dealt with my pet so gently and also spent time in chatting to me about his care. Amazing interpersonal skills and very gentle and understanding . Maria has great peoples skills and is able to relate to you on all levels.

Medivet were amazing to us and our kitten. She wants nervous at all. She was calm and relaxed. The vet was very gentle and friendly with our kitten. When it came to paying our bill it was quick and easy. We spoke to Ang. She was very helpful and understanding. Thank you very much medivet.
