Excellent first time experience! Made me and my kitten feel at ease.

The staff were very warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease because this is my first pet. My Kitten was at ease and was happy and came home with me happy and playful. The reception staff was amazing she was very caring and really took a deep interest in my kitten. The doctor was also very caring and loving towards my kitten. A great first experience at the vets! Thank you !

Medivet yeading have been wonderful during my time of crisis. My pet's eye was scratched with severe damage to her eye, and they immediately saw me as a matter of urgency, they assessed her and were on the phone straight away to an urgent referral centre who saw my cat straight away on the same day. They acted fast, professionally and with the utmost respect and empathy for me and my cat. I was in a state of shock and crying the entire time but they did their job so well that due to their heroism my cat was able to undergo emergency surgery and kept her vision. Thank you to the vets, the specialists, the admin and reception staff for being so kind and for everyone who keeps them running. They care for your pets just as you would. Furthermore, they conducted an urgent check-up post-op and helped alleviate some concerns I had with their patience and kindness. When you are in crisis mode, you can rely on them to get you the best care you need. Thank you to everyone there. It's the people that make the place so amazing and they are true examples of how all staff working with animals should be.

They all amazing the staff and the vets they been looking after my pet dog chief since he was 8 weeks old and now his eleven this year they know he has anxiety and his monthly injection done quickly no fuss friendly and professional every time

I’ve always had good experiences with this vet , but today I was beyond disappointed. My appointment was scheduled for 11:15, and by 11:50 I still hadn’t been seen. What bothered me most wasn’t even the delay itself, but the complete lack of communication from the vet. Other clients came in after me and left before I had been seen. After waiting I rescheduled the appointment for another day and still during that time the vet hadn’t called us in. I want to be clear that the receptionists are consistently great: friendly, helpful, and professional as always - unsung heroes. This issue was about respect for clients’ time. Delays happen, but acknowledging them goes a long way. 9/10 the vets are always late. Time management is a constant issue at this practice, even if you book the first appointment of the day. Once that is rectified I have no complaints about this vet but today has left a really bad impression, to the point of considering other practices.
