Everybody i have interacted with at the vets or over the phone has been fantastic, always happy to chat through any concerns but while doing it in a way that makes both myself and the cats feel completely relaxed

The vet was just fabulous, she was down to earth, professional and extremely sensitive of our situation with our dog who is sadly coming to the end of his life. We were so upset walking in there as we thought we were out of options, but she provided pain relief and a way to spend some extra precious time with him. I hope she is with us when we have to make the decision to say goodbye.

Attended Orrell park surgery for a last minute appointment with a poorly puppy.
All the staff were so friendly especially Ellie the vet who was amazing with our puppy and very reassuring to me.
