Excellent staff who are gentle and caring with Ace especially because he had a negative encounter with a previous vet. Starting new at Medivet Anfield today has been a relief for me and Ace. The girls are so so lovely and you can tell they loved every client. Thank you for being patient with Ace as he can be really nervous and vocal, I really trust the staff with Ace more than I did with the previous vet and big Thankyou to Raquel ❤️

The receptionist was friendly and great to deal with and the vet was amazing. She gave my shih tzu a full check up as I was worried there was an underlying problem but I felt so much better after the vet did a full check. Thanks again 😁

They are lovely in here, they really love the animals. They look after them really well, and they are all lovely girls who make your pets feel welcome as well as you. They don't rush you about and my pup is well on the mend. I would of course recommend to family and friends.

Excellent staff who are caring and really took the matter in their hands to make sure Winston is taken care of. Being able to be listened to the concerns I had and providing an exceptional service to start the treatment is something every pet and owner should receive. The staff are so lovely and caring at Anfield and offer great advice and reassurance for our little Chorkie, Winnie. Always there to see her when we need them and it's so easy to book an appointment either by phone or online. Thank you guys, don't know what we'd do without you.
