I’m Hayley and I’ve worked in the veterinary industry since 2012, before qualifying as a vet in 2018. My interests lie in internal medicine and I’m also a huge fan of cat friendly handling and minimising stress for our feline friends! Outside of work I enjoy taking my three and a half legged cockapoo, Dottie, to the beach and reading a good crime thriller!

Love the staff here, vet nurses and reception staff are so friendly and personal, even greeting my 4 year old and remembering him and asking questions, and the vets are just so lovely, again super friendly personal, clearly care about your pets and do their best by them, communicating in a very non-threatening way so that you understand all aspects of your pets health.

Hayley at New Ferry and Bromborough is just absolutely wonderful with both of my cats and truly cares so much, she makes me feel so at ease. She also makes their experience at the vet as positive as possible and I’m so grateful for the care they receive, and for Hayley’s sense of humour! The reception staff are also so kind and communicate well.

Blood tests were recommended but I wasn’t told the cost until too late. The insurance claim was processed before the results and so I had no choice but to claim. The vet said we’d wait for results before deciding how to proceed but it was already done.

Every time I take my cat to the vets it seems like there is a different vet there each time. This doesn't really reassure me when it comes to the care of my cat. The vet we did have seemed to be confused about when my cat was last seen. One vet does know my cat and it's a shame she isn't always just based there as I feel animals will be better if they have a familiar face if they do go regularly.
